Dr. Scott A. Dreyer is the Executive Director of VIP Transitions and Performance Insight LLC in Charleston, SC. He has been providing professional performance enhancement services for individuals, teams, and organizations for the past 18 years. He utilizes cutting-edge technology & research to enhance personal and organizational performance. Dr. Dreyer has extensive experience with leadership development, career coaching/consultation, 360 assessments, employee selection & placement, outsourcing, succession planning, and work-life balance. In terms of corporate experience, he has assisted both for-profit and governmental agencies at the local, regional and national levels. Dr. Dreyer helps organizations to maximize leadership potential, develop cohesive teams, manage stress, increase employee productivity, and strategically optimize & direct talent strengths. He is certified by internationally renowned industrial/organizational psychologists to provide scientifically-valid and reliable assessments to assist with career guidance, employee selection, employee turnover, personnel performance, succession planning, on-boarding, and managerial/executive development. Originally from Rockville Centre, NY, Dr. Dreyer obtained his BA in Behavioral Neuroscience with a minor in Psychology from Lehigh University, PA. Upon graduation, he went on to earn his M.S. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Dreyer received his doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Spalding University in Louisville, KY. His doctoral dissertation specialized in understanding personality and its connection to employee turnover. His internship was completed in Denver, CO and his post-doctoral training took place in Charleston, SC at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Dreyer is licensed as a psychologist by the state of South Carolina. He lives in Mt. Pleasant, SC with his wife and son.
