The VIP Solution™ offers you assistance in this process. The VIP Solution™ is a tool consisting of three scientifically-validated assessments coupled with doctoral-level feedback/consultation that will help you to better understand your identified values, expressed interests, and unique work-place personality characteristics. Through this increased understanding you will be positioned to identify a career field that is more likely to provide enjoyment, satisfaction, fulfillment and success – what many people would describe as their ideal career path. |
| HOW DOES THE VIP SOLUTION WORK? |
When you sign up for the VIP Solution, you will begin the process of taking the three scientifically validated assessments listed and detailed below. After you make payment via Visa/Mastercard, you will be directed to complete basic demographic information and a brief description of your work history and extracurricular interests. Upon completion, you will take the three assessments (Values, Interests, Personality). This will all be accomplished through the VIP Transition website. You will have individual passwords and usernames for each test and can take them at your own pace.
When finished with the testing, you will be contacted by Dr. Dreyer or Dr. Bradham to arrange your feedback session. A mutual time will be decided upon and the feedback/consult will be conducted over the phone or in person. All of your test results will be forwarded to you via email. This will enable you to review results in tandem with your career psychology specialist. Within 10 days, you will receive a hardcopy binder with your individual test results as well as a summary of the entire profile (VIP SUMMARY). This binder will include specific job/career directions and methods or researching these careers further.
